About The Position

Emplify Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for its Hospital Float Pool. The CNA helps cover inpatient units, including medical-surgical, pediatrics, and inpatient behavioral health, and transports patients throughout the hospital for procedures, therapy, X-ray, and other needs.

This is a 0.8 FTE position scheduled for 64 hours biweekly. Shifts are eight-hour days, with schedules of 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m., 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., or 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends, and includes three holidays per year.

Requirements

• Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers, including hands-on learning, from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Help cover inpatient units, including medical-surgical, pediatrics, and inpatient behavioral health.
• Transport patients throughout the hospital for procedures, therapy, X-ray, and other needs.
