About The Position

Emplify Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for its Hospital Float Pool. The role helps cover inpatient units, including medical-surgical, pediatrics, and inpatient behavioral health, and transports patients throughout the hospital for procedures, therapy, X-rays, and other needs. The position is 0.4 FTE, or 32 hours bi-weekly, with transport work on 8-hour day shifts. Shifts are Monday through Friday, with no weekends, and the role includes three holidays a year.

Requirements

• Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers, including hands-on learning, from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Help cover inpatient units, including medical-surgical, pediatrics, and inpatient behavioral health.
• Transport patients throughout the hospital for procedures, therapy, X-rays, and other needs.

Benefits

• Starting pay of $18.64 per hour, with additional pay based on experience.
