About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The CNA delivers direct care, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, as directed, and contributes as a member of the interdisciplinary team to patient care. The posting invites qualified CNAs to join the Life Care Sandpoint team. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are mentioned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate of a state-approved CNA program.
- Currently registered or licensed in the applicable state and maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.
Nice To Haves
- One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
- Deliver direct patient care, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, as directed.
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward patients.
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain professional working relationships with associates, vendors, and others.

- Shift differential of $2 per hour for evening shifts and $3 per hour for NOC shifts.
