Certified Nursing Assistant
About The Position
ComForCare is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide one-on-one home care to clients in Greeley, Colorado, and surrounding areas. The role focuses on building meaningful relationships and supporting clients with personal care, mobility, health monitoring, medication reminders, daily living activities, companionship, and accurate care documentation. Flexible shifts are available during days, evenings, and weekends. The position is offered full-time and part-time, with pay of $20.00–$25.00 per hour based on experience. Benefits are available for employees working 30 or more hours per week.
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Colorado.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Patient, dependable, and caring, with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care.
- Assist clients with transfers and walking, and help prevent falls.
- Take vital signs and report changes in condition to the RN Case Manager.
- Provide medication reminders to help clients stay on schedule.
- Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and run errands.
- Provide conversation, encouragement, and emotional support.
- Record care notes accurately and on time.
