About The Position
We are hiring a driven CNA to join a supportive team and help residents achieve their care and personal goals. The CNA provides care and education according to residents’ Care Plans, assists with admissions, transfers, and discharges, and communicates with nursing and other departments to ensure residents’ needs are met. The role also involves responding promptly to residents’ call lights and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have a valid in-state CNA certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and education to residents according to their Care Plan.
- Assist with new admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Communicate with the nursing department and other departments to ensure residents’ needs are met.
- Answer residents’ call lights promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
