About The Position
Professional Case Management, a leader in home healthcare, is hiring Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home healthcare services to clients who have served our country. This role offers the opportunity to build rewarding one-on-one patient relationships and enhance clients' health, quality of life, and peace of mind. The position allows for flexible scheduling, enabling individuals to balance work with other commitments such as school, travel, volunteering, or family activities. Specific hours are available on Mondays and Thursdays from 11 am to 3 pm.
Requirements
- Active certification as a CNA in the state(s) of practice
Nice To Haves
- Experience with skilled transfers
- Experience monitoring vital signs
- Experience with timely and accurate documentation
- Experience with range of motion exercises
- Experience with all activities of daily living including light duty housekeeping, meal preparation and patient hygiene
