About The Position
Senior Helpers is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team. The role involves providing essential daily support to clients, enabling them to age gracefully and safely in their homes. This position requires travel within the Taylors, Greer, and Travelers Rest areas.
Requirements
- Valid South Carolina CNA Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- A heart for service and a professional demeanor
Responsibilities
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
- Helping with transfers, walking, and light exercise.
- Providing emotional support and engaging in meaningful conversation.
- Planning and preparing healthy meals.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for the client.
- Ensuring clients take their medications on schedule.
- Supporting clients with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, or Parkinson’s (training provided).
