About The Position
The Caregiver - CNA helps individuals live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes while supporting their physical, mental, and social well-being. The role involves assisting clients with everyday tasks, providing companionship, following individualized care plans, and building trusting relationships with clients and their families. Caregivers communicate client updates and changes with care managers and office staff. Paid training, including hands-on and advanced training, is provided. The employer offers full-time and part-time opportunities, flexible scheduling, and says applicants could be hired within one week.
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving or home care experience is preferred, but not required; training is available.
