About The Position
Miller's Health Systems is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide basic patient care and assist patients with daily activities. The CNA observes patients for changes and promptly reports them to the nursing team, and collects and records information relevant to patients’ conditions and treatment. The role may also be a first step toward a nursing career.
Requirements
- Be certified in the State of Indiana.
- Be able to read, write, and perform simple mathematics such as addition and subtraction, in accordance with Indiana Department of Health basic qualifications.
- Successfully complete the Basic Aide Training Course.
- Satisfactorily pass the physical examination administered for gainful employment in the facility.
- Have a professional appearance and behavior.
- Be passionate about serving others and able to work with a dedicated team.
Responsibilities

- Watch for changes in patients and promptly report them to the nursing team.
- Collect and record information vital to patients’ conditions and treatment.
