About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant provides essential support to nursing staff by performing basic patient care duties, assisting patients with activities of daily living, and helping maintain a safe and clean patient environment. More complex duties are performed under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. The role is at Peak Rehabilitation Hospital, a 52-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital serving people recovering from severe injury or illness, including stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

Requirements

• Current CPR/BCLS certification.
• Completion of a Nursing Assistant Training Course.

Nice To Haves

• At least six months of experience in an acute or long-term care facility.
