Requirements
- Current Illinois CNA certification in good standing

Nice To Haves
- Previous senior living or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide assistance with transfers and ambulation as needed
- Take and document vital signs and other required resident information
- Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the appropriate nurse
- Follow each resident’s care plan and established policies and procedures
- Promote resident dignity, independence, choice, and quality of life
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Participate in activities and help create a welcoming, engaging environment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
