About The Position
Ossian Health and Rehabilitation is offering a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Program for individuals seeking to begin a career in healthcare. This program provides the necessary skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience to deliver exceptional care to residents in a long-term care setting. Upon successful completion, participants will be eligible for immediate hire into a CNA position at Ossian Health and Rehabilitation. The program emphasizes kindness, compassion, and teamwork, preparing individuals for a high-demand profession.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years old or older.
- Pass English, Reading, and Math Competency Test.
- Must pass Criminal Background and Drug Screen.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care to residents.
- Participate in classroom instruction and clinical experience.
- Complete 105 hours of state-approved training.
- Gain clinical patient experience.
- Work in a team-focused environment.
