About The Position

Concierge Care is seeking in-home Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) caregivers to support senior clients in their homes. The role provides companionship and non-medical assistance, including help with personal care and daily living activities, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and transportation to errands and medical appointments.

Caregivers work as contractors and can choose flexible schedules. Available assignments include day, evening, and 24-hour live-in positions. Compensation is $16.00–$26.00 per hour or $170–$215 per day for live-in work. Pay rates are client-directed and depend on location, care level, and client needs. Wages are paid weekly.

The position is subject to a Level 2 background screening under Florida law. Applicants must complete the Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse process. Concierge Care is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment on legally protected grounds.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to work is required.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
• Must be self-directed and able to work independently.
• Must complete the Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse process for the required Level 2 background screening.

Nice To Haves

• Alzheimer's or dementia experience is a plus.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and non-medical support to seniors in their homes.
