Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide Caregiver CNA HHA
About The Position
Concierge Care is seeking in-home Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide companionship and non-medical support to senior clients in their homes. The role includes helping with activities of daily living and personal care, providing medication reminders, completing light housekeeping and meal preparation, and assisting with grocery shopping and transportation to errands and doctor’s appointments. The position offers client-directed hourly pay of $17.00–$21.00 or live-in rates of $170–$215 per day. Rates vary depending on location, level of care, and client needs. Caregivers work as contractors and can choose from day, evening, and 24-hour live-in positions, with flexible scheduling. Wages are paid weekly. The position is subject to a Level 2 background screening under Florida law, and applicants must complete the Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse process.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to work is required; a valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Must be self-directed and able to work independently.
- Must complete the Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse process for the required Level 2 background screening.
Nice To Haves
- Alzheimer’s or dementia experience is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.
Responsibilities
