Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide Caregiver CNA HHA
About The Position
Concierge Care is seeking in-home Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) caregivers to support senior clients in their homes. The role provides companionship and non-medical assistance, including help with personal care and daily living activities, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and transportation to errands and medical appointments. Caregivers can make their own schedules, with day, evening, and 24-hour live-in positions available. Compensation is $16.00–$19.00 per hour, or $170–$215 per day for live-in work. Pay rates are client-directed and depend on location, level of care, and client needs. Wages are paid weekly. Applicants must complete a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse as required by Florida law. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to work is required.
- Ability to work independently and be self-directed.
- Must complete the Level 2 background screening process required by Florida law.
Nice To Haves
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
- Alzheimer's or dementia experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and non-medical support to seniors in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Complete light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Perform grocery shopping and transport clients to errands and doctors’ appointments.
