About The Position

Concierge Care is seeking in-home Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide companionship and non-medical support to senior clients in their homes. The role includes assistance with daily living and personal care, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and transportation to errands and medical appointments. Day, evening, and 24-hour live-in positions are available, with flexible scheduling. Compensation is listed as $17.00–$21.00 per hour, or $170–$215 per day for live-in work. Rates are client-directed and depend on location, level of care, and client needs. Wages are paid weekly. This is a contractor position, and Concierge Care aims to help applicants complete the contracting process within the week. The position requires a Level 2 background screening under Florida law through the Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Reliable transportation to work is required; a valid driver’s license is preferred.
Must be self-directed and able to work independently.
Must complete the Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse Level 2 background screening required by Florida law.

Nice To Haves

Alzheimer’s or dementia experience is a plus.
A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and non-medical support to seniors in their homes.
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
Provide medication reminders.
Complete light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Perform grocery shopping.
Provide transportation to errands and doctors’ appointments.
