About The Position

NurSelect is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for per-diem assignments in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Day, evening, and night shifts are available, and employees can choose local facility assignments and work as much or as little as they want. The hiring process is described as fast, with onboarding followed by a choice of local assignments. The company offers above-market hourly rates, bonus-pay incentives, weekly direct deposit, and 24/7 on-call support.

The role provides routine daily care to residents, including personal hygiene, nutrition, taking vital signs, and safe patient transfers. Employees collaborate with facility teams to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, and communicate updates and report observations to their supervisor.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification or LPN license.
• CPR certification for LPNs.
• CNAs must have at least 6 months of skilled-nursing, long-term care, or related experience.
• LPNs must have at least 1 year of skilled-nursing or long-term care experience.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• A resident-centric approach.
• A positive, hard-working, and caring attitude.

Responsibilities
