This is a full-time, 0.9 FTE day shift position in the Float Pool, requiring 36 hours per week across three 12-hour shifts. The role involves assisting Registered Nurses (RNs) with the daily care of patients, including personal hygiene, feeding, mobility, and documentation. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will also be responsible for patient monitoring, communication with the RN, assisting with admissions and discharges, and maintaining a safe and clean patient environment. This position requires flexibility to float between units as needed and includes a holiday and weekend rotation.
