FTE: 0.9 (Full-Time) Shift: Nights, 6:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Schedule: TBD. Self‑scheduling model utilized. Some weekends required. Candidates must have open availability; specific schedules or patterns cannot be guaranteed. Deaconess Hospital is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Float Pool team. In this role, you will support multiple units throughout the hospital, providing high‑quality patient care wherever it is needed most. Requirements

  • Current Washington State CNA license
  • Current BLS Certification
  • 1 year of CNA experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Acute Care/Hospital setting
  • 1+ year of licensed CNA experience to qualify for sign-on bonus
  • Open availability; specific schedules or patterns cannot be guaranteed.

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year experience in physician's office or other medical facility preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage basic care activities with a customer service oriented delivery of care to patients
  • Support the delivery of care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups
