FTE: 0.9 (Full-Time) Shift: Nights, 6:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Schedule: TBD. Self‑scheduling model utilized. Some weekends required. Candidates must have open availability; specific schedules or patterns cannot be guaranteed. Deaconess Hospital is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Float Pool team. In this role, you will support multiple units throughout the hospital, providing high‑quality patient care wherever it is needed most. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to broaden your clinical experience. Department-Specific Requirement Must have a minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Acute Care/Hospital setting. Requirements

Current Washington State CNA license
Current BLS Certification
One (1) year experience in physician's office or other medical facility preferred

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Acute Care/Hospital setting.
