About The Position

Sunset Rehab is seeking health care rockstars to join their team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The role involves delivering and assisting residents with daily needs, including personal care, preparation for activities, and routine tasks in accordance with established standards and regulations. The CNA will provide basic nursing care and perform basic nursing procedures under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

Requirements

A fire and passion for working with seniors
A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting

Responsibilities

Delivering and assisting residents with daily needs
Assisting with personal care needs
Assisting with preparation for activity and social programs
Performing routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements
Providing basic nursing care to residents within the scope of nursing assistant responsibilities
Performing basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor
