About The Position
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking health care rockstars to join their team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant | CNA, the role involves delivering and assisting residents with daily needs, including personal care, preparation for activities and social programs, and routine activities, all in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. The CNA will provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of their responsibilities and perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor. Requirements
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Delivering and assisting resident with daily needs, including personal care needs, preparation for activity and social programs, and routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements
- Provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities
- Performs basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor
