Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
About The Position
Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who is kind, compassionate, and motivated to support older adults. The role provides warm, engaging personal care, support, and companionship to residents. The CNA assists residents with activities of daily living, observes changes in their day and personal care needs, and works with the Nurse to update each resident’s care plan. The role also encourages residents to participate in community programs and activities. The stated pay range is $20.00–$23.00 per hour. Compensation offers may take experience, qualifications, location, community size, certifications, and training into account. The stated range excludes bonuses or additional incentives, if applicable, and the value of the benefits program.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and love of working with people.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Current state-required certification as a CNA, HHA, or CHHA.
- Medication Aide Certified credential.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents.
- Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Observe changes in residents’ day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their Resident Care Plan.
- Encourage residents to participate in community programs and activities.
