About The Position
WesleyLife is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with personal care and daily activities, companionship, emotional support, health monitoring, medication administration, and participation in activities. The role also involves maintaining a safe and clean environment and communicating with residents, families, and care teams. The listed opening is a weekend package on the second shift, from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with an 8-hour shift.
Requirements
- CNA certification is required.
- Complete a pre-hire health assessment and 4-panel drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care and daily activities.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Monitor residents’ health and administer medications.
- Encourage residents to engage in activities.
- Maintain a safe, clean environment.
- Communicate with residents, families, and care teams.
