About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a long-term care and skilled nursing team in Elkins, West Virginia. Requirements
- Active CNA certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach to care
Nice To Haves
- Previous long-term care or nursing home experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient observations
- Maintain resident hygiene, comfort, and dignity
- Assist with skin care and pressure injury prevention
- Respond promptly to resident requests and call lights
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe resident environment
