About The Position
Legend Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center - Northwest Houston is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team. The facility emphasizes creating a sense of community and providing exceptional care. The CNA will perform various direct patient care assignments pertaining to daily living activities under the supervision of the Charge Nurse. These duties must be performed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a nursing home environment, but newly licensed CNA graduates are also welcomed. The facility is a modern, state-of-the-art care center serving the Jersey Village and surrounding areas, featuring 125 beds with private and semi-private rooms.
Requirements
- Current CNA license in Texas (or multi-state compact)
- At least one year of experience in a nursing home environment (newly licensed CNA graduates are welcomed)
- Must have a "Customer Service" attitude
- Ability to communicate well with family members, co-workers, Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacies and Hospitals
- Must have a PASSION for learning
