Full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
About The Position
Volare Health is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality care and comfort to residents at Corvallis Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Corvallis, Oregon. The role is open to people beginning their CNA careers as well as experienced CNAs, and offers a supportive team, career growth opportunities, and a rewarding work environment. Available full-time schedules are evening Tuesday–Thursday and Saturday, day Sunday–Thursday, and night Friday–Tuesday. The listed wage is $23.45–$30.17 per hour, based on certified experience. New nurses may participate in a three-month Long Term Care New Nurse Residency featuring the Geri-Res residency curriculum and structured onsite mentorship.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.
- Recent education or completed clinical hours.
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
- Follow care plans and document vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Maintain clean and organized resident rooms.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver quality care.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
