Requirements

Completion of a state-approved CNA program
Current CNA certification required
Ability to communicate effectively in English to ensure patient safety
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Provide basic resident care under the direction of nursing staff
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support
Change linens and maintain clean, safe resident environments
Support residents’ personal needs with compassion and respect
Assist in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and supportive care environment
Communicate resident needs and changes in condition to nursing staff
Follow care plans and facility policies to ensure quality care delivery
