Requirements
- Valid CNA license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring and team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work the scheduled shift and occasional additional hours as needed
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health and well-being
- Assist during mealtimes to ensure residents are supported and comfortable
- Accurately document care provided and communicate effectively with team members and families
- Help create a safe, respectful, and positive atmosphere for all residents
