About The Position

Right at Home is seeking experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with flexible schedules to work across our service areas. This is a full-time floater position, not a PRN role, offering guaranteed hours. As a floater, you will be available to work days, nights, and weekends as needed by the team and may be required to drive to surrounding areas. We support our Care Professionals as much as our Clients and offer a competitive pay rate of $19 per hour with guaranteed 35+ hours per week. You will not have ongoing clients but will pick up call-out shifts, last-minute care starts, and last-minute added shifts. Flexibility is key, as you must be able to see any client, adapt to different environments and family dynamics, and be comfortable with pets and smokers. Clients are not required to put pets away. Skilled in hoyer lift, gait belt, and assisting bedbound individuals is required. While you will usually work in your area, you may need to travel to other territories.

Requirements

CNA license in Georgia
Minimum 2-3 years of experience
2 years professional verifiable experience
Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance
Possess a valid Driver’s License with good driving record & current automobile insurance
Reliable Transportation
Pass a background check
Must have flexible availability
Hoyer Lift experience

Responsibilities
