About The Position

Right at Home is seeking experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with flexible schedules to work as floaters across our service areas. This is a full-time position offering guaranteed hours and the opportunity to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, as needed by the team. As a floater, you will be expected to answer "yes" to being an experienced caregiver with control of your time, highly flexible, available to work when needed, and willing to drive to surrounding areas. We support our Care Professionals as much as we support our Clients and offer competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

CNA license in Georgia
Minimum 2-3 years of experience
2 years professional verifiable experience
Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance
Possess a valid Driver’s License with good driving record & current automobile insurance
Reliable Transportation
Pass a background check
Must be comfortable with pets (dogs & cats)
Hoyer Lift experience
Must have flexible availability
Return calls within 30 mins
Two weeks notice for any time off

Responsibilities

Work across service areas when needed as a floater.
Provide care to clients with flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends.
Drive to surrounding areas when needed.
Answer calls and respond to shifts promptly.
Adapt to different environments, family dynamics, and personalities.
Utilize skills in hoyer lift, gait belt, and assisting bedbound patients.
Be comfortable with pets (dogs & cats) as clients are not required to put pets away.
Respect office staff, clients, and their families at all times.
