Part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
About The Position
Volare Health is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality care and comfort to residents at Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, Oregon. The role offers a supportive team, career growth opportunities, and a rewarding work environment. Available part-time schedules are a day shift on Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday, or an evening shift Friday through Sunday. The position includes assisting residents with daily living, maintaining safety and dignity, following care plans, documenting vital signs, and keeping resident rooms clean and organized. New nurses can participate in a three-month Long Term Care New Nurse Residency involving the Geri-Res residency curriculum and structured onsite mentorship.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.
- Recent education or completed clinical hours.
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and other daily living tasks.
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
- Follow care plans and document vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Maintain clean and organized resident rooms.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver quality care.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
