Lakeshore Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their growing team. Requirements

• Current Louisiana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
• Ability to maintain certification throughout employment
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Providing personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral hygiene
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitoring and recording vital signs
• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition
• Ensuring resident rooms remain clean, organized, and comfortable
• Providing compassionate care and emotional support to residents
• Following resident care plans and facility policies
• Working collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Performing other duties as assigned
