About The Position

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long Term Care to work at Newport House, located at 6798 North 67th Plaza, Omaha, NE 68152. Newport House offers a welcoming environment with 24 skilled nursing/rehabilitation suites and 72 long-term care suites. This part-time night shift position (10pm–6am) follows a rotating schedule: Week 1 – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday; Week 2 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday. This position will pay up to $22.06/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills, and education.

Requirements

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Active member in good standing on the applicable state registry for CNA.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Medication Manager Certification may be required to be obtained within 60 days of employment.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Assisting in various resident care activities and services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents including bathing.
