About The Position
We are looking for an exceptional Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA to join our community at Courtyard at Jamestown. Our mission is to provide seniors with an exceptional lifestyle through compassionate, intelligent, and caring professionals. You will be a vital part of providing daily living activities and services to residents in alignment with their individual service plans, embodying kindness, a gentle and friendly approach, professionalism, and unwavering respect for the dignity and privacy of our residents.
Requirements
- Ability to work NOC shifts 10 pm-6 am
- Current CNA Certificate
- Can-Do Attitude with a Willingness to Go Above and Beyond for Our Residents
- Ability to Work Effectively Both as a Team and Independently
- A Genuine Love for Seniors
Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Resident Care and Support for Daily Activities of Living (ADLs) and Personal Hygiene
- Respond to Patient Call Lights with a Compassionate and Helpful Approach
- Ensure Residents Receive an Appropriate Diet by Understanding Their Preferences, Allergies, and Dietary Restrictions
- Record Vital Signs as Requested by Staff
- Promptly Notify the Nurse in Charge of Any Changes in Resident Conditions
