About The Position

Jefferson House, part of Hartford HealthCare, provides long-term care and short-term rehabilitation to seniors in the greater Hartford area. Certified Nursing Assistants are dedicated, professional caregivers who provide meaningful care to older adults and build strong, loving bonds with the people they care for. The position offers a stable job, flexibility, and benefits. A sign-on bonus is available for positions of 24 hours or more.

Requirements

• Connecticut CNA certification is required.
• A strong team-player approach.

Nice To Haves

• One year of previous patient care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for older adults in a skilled nursing setting.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with the older adults receiving care.
