About The Position
Acts is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Med Tech to work in its assisted living neighborhood. The role provides direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, while respecting confidentiality and collaborating with the team. The employee may perform tasks permitted by their certification and Acts policy when delegated by a licensed nurse and after successfully validating the relevant competencies. Acts Retirement-Life Communities operates resort-style continuing care senior living communities, including independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing. The listed pay range is $17.30–$21.92 per hour; starting pay varies based on skills and experience.
Requirements
- Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Current CPR certification or eligibility to obtain CPR certification.
- Current state certification in medication administration.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
- Respect resident confidentiality and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Perform tasks allowed by the employee’s certification and Acts policy when delegated by a licensed nurse, following successful competency validation.
