Requirements

• One year of caregiver experience required
• CPR
• 2 step TB test
• Complies with Infection Control, Standard Precautions and OSHA standards for the healthcare professional.

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, as needed.
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers, as trained and authorized.
• Provide medication reminders, as permitted by the care plan and applicable regulations.
• Follow established care plans.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the care coordination team.
• Promote client safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.
