About The Position

Concierge Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for one-on-one home care in the Daytona Beach area. We are looking for dependable caregivers interested in PRN and recurring weekly schedules. Additional client opportunities may also be available throughout our Northeast Florida service area, including St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra, for caregivers interested in additional hours or willing to travel.

Requirements

• Active Florida CNA license OR Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved school
• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• Social Security card
• Current CPR certification
• Health statement completed within the last 6 months stating “Free of Communicable Diseases”
• Eligibility for an AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening
• 2-hour Alzheimer's training
• 1-hour HIV/AIDS training
• 2-hour Assistance with Self-Administered Medication training
• Authorization to conduct a comprehensive review of your background for contracting purposes

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
