Baptist Medical Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for its Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Baptist South in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Full-Time Days position, working 36 hours per week from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. The CNA will support the Registered Nurse (RN) in caring for patients with various healthcare needs. Baptist South serves the growing communities in southern Duval and northern St. Johns counties, offering advanced medical care with resort-like amenities, focusing on the physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being of patients and their families. Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED Preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant Required

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Registered Nurse (RN) with the care of patients
• Patient activities of daily living
• Maintaining a safe environment for patients
• Collecting lab specimens
• Intake and output monitoring
• Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
