This role is for a Certified Nursing Assistant in the PACE Unit at Baptist South in Jacksonville, FL. It is a Full-Time Days opportunity, working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with no on-call or holiday duties. The Certified Nursing Assistant will support the Registered Nurse (RN) in caring for patients with various healthcare needs.
Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant Required
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma/GED Preferred
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Registered Nurse (RN) with the care of patients who have healthcare needs
- Patient activities of daily living
- Maintaining a safe environment for patients
- Collecting lab specimens
- Intake and output monitoring
- Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
