About The Position

Upon certification, apprentices have the opportunity to advance to an LPN program at Upper Cape Cod Regional Technical School or pursue a Nursing Degree at Cape Cod Community College, with tuition fully sponsored by Broad Reach Healthcare. Apprentices will start with a guaranteed rate of $20/hour and play a vital role in the daily lives of patients and residents, assisting with essential activities and providing support and compassion.
