About The Position

The Certified Nursing Aide provides exceptional, individualized care according to each resident’s care plan. The role assists residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), promoting independence and preserving dignity. The aide reports changes in residents’ health status to the clinical team and builds compassionate, positive connections with residents and their family members. The position also involves ongoing learning and compliance with confidentiality and privacy rules.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members compassionately to create a lasting, positive experience.
• Attend and participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
