About The Position
Heritage Woods of Noblesville is hiring a part-time Certified Nursing Aide to work the second shift in Noblesville, Indiana. The CNA provides individualized resident care according to each resident’s care plan, assists with activities of daily living while supporting independence and dignity, and communicates changes in residents’ health to the clinical team. The role also involves building compassionate connections with residents and their families, maintaining confidentiality, and participating in ongoing learning and staff education.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
- Report changes in residents’ health status to the clinical team.
- Build compassionate and meaningful connections with residents and family members, creating a positive experience.
- Attend and participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
- Comply with rules and regulations regarding the confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
