Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) - Part-time- 2nd shift
About The Position
The Certified Nursing Aide delivers exceptional, individualized care according to each resident’s care plan. The role supports residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and preserving dignity, reports changes in residents’ health status to the clinical team, and builds compassionate, positive connections with residents and their families. The aide also participates in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning opportunities; protects the confidentiality and privacy of resident information; and performs other duties as assigned. This is a part-time, second-shift position at Heritage Woods of Belvidere in Belvidere, Illinois, with an hourly salary range of $17.25–$18.25.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
- Assist with activities of daily living while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
- Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
- Connect with residents and family members compassionately to create positive experiences.
- Attend and participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
