About The Position
Hera Women’s Health is expanding its midwifery services across its network of clinic brands in Nevada and Arizona. The Hera Midwife Network is a unique collaborative for Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs), offering a community of practice across multiple clinic brands. This network is supported by shared protocols, OB/GYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) physician partners, and an organizational structure that prioritizes midwifery care. CNMs in this network will benefit from shared clinical standards, a professional community, and Hera’s infrastructure, including direct access to physicians for consultation and co-management of complex cases. The network emphasizes evidence-based, outcomes-driven care, and has demonstrated success in reducing preterm births. Specific practice locations will be determined based on candidate preferences and network needs across various clinic brands in Nevada and Arizona.
Requirements
- Graduate of an ACNM-accredited Nurse-Midwifery program
- Current or eligible Nevada or Arizona CNM license, DEA, and prescriptive authority
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to culturally responsive, patient-centered care
- Collaborative practice orientation, comfortable working within an integrated OB/GYN and MFM physician team

Responsibilities
- Practice midwifery within a collaborative, multi-specialty structure.
- Provide coordinated, expert care to women at every stage.
- Collaborate with OB/GYNs and MFM specialists.
- Participate in shared clinical protocols and quality frameworks.
- Engage in a professional peer community for case sharing, mentorship, and best practices.
