About The Position
We are seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our team at our Oregon City location. At WHA, we are a team of dedicated certified nurse-midwives, OB/GYN physicians, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, nurse practitioners, and counselors committed to honoring and uplifting our patients. As the largest private healthcare company in Oregon dedicated to reproductive health, we serve over 50,000 individuals annually across 12 clinics and 6 hospitals. In this role, you will have a seamless partnership with OB/GYN physicians, a voice as a respected clinician and leader, and the full support of our specialist teams. Requirements
- Master of Science degree in nursing from an accredited school of nurse-midwifery.
- Current Oregon state licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive privileges (NP-PP Nurse Midwife).
- Current national certification as a Nurse Midwife.
- Current CPR certification.

- C-Section/First Assist in surgery experience.
- Skill in case management, time management, problem-solving, crisis intervention, and multi-tasking in a team care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to patients throughout their lifespan, including pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, parenting, contraception, gynecology, and wellness.
- Collaborate seamlessly with OB/GYN physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
- Act as a respected clinician and leader within the organization.
- Participate in team-based patient care.
- Engage in scheduled talks, publications, recommendations, and point-of-care support aligned with evidence-based practices.
