About The Position
Lovelace Women’s Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate PRN Certified Nurse Midwife to join their inpatient care team in Albuquerque, NM. This role is part of a collaborative birthing center team which is nationally recognized and award-winning. The position involves working in a high-volume inpatient unit with tenured support staff. New graduates are welcomed. The role includes rotating restricted 12–24-hour call with nights, weekends, and holidays. A preferred background in high-risk obstetrics is desired. Ultrasound and lab services are available on-site. BLS, NRP, and EFM certifications are required. The hospital utilizes Epic EMR.
Requirements
- Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
- BLS certification
- NRP certification
- EFM certification
- Experience with Epic EMR

Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient care as a Certified Nurse Midwife.
- Participate in rotating restricted 12-24 hour call, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Collaborate with a team of physicians, PAs, and other CNMs.
- Work within a high-volume inpatient unit.
- Utilize ultrasound and lab services as needed.
- Maintain BLS, NRP, and EFM certifications.
