Certified Nurse Midwife
About The Position
Unified Women’s Healthcare is seeking an experienced, Full Time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) for an affiliated practice in Fort Myers, FL. The CNM is responsible for working closely with both gynecologic and obstetric patients, assisting in births, and providing health care to women post-pregnancy. The CNM will assist with prenatal care, labor, delivery, and postpartum care, and may also provide reproductive care, treatment, and education to female patients. This position offers the opportunity to join an established practice serving the Fort Myers community for over 30 years, as part of a large single-specialty group.
Requirements
- Two years CNM experience
- AMCB Certified Nurse-Midwife
- Graduate of a nurse-midwifery education program accredited by ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME)
- Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN)
- Active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) license
- CPR and NALS Certification
- Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
Responsibilities
- Working closely with both gynecologic and obstetric patients

- Must be experienced with high-risk OB
