About The Position
A rapidly growing maternity care practice in western North Carolina is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join a collaborative team dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care across the reproductive and perinatal continuum. This position includes delivering full-scope midwifery services in outpatient, hospital, and virtual settings, supporting labor and birth, providing gynecologic and postpartum care, participating in on-call coverage, and working closely with an interdisciplinary care team, all supported by a competitive compensation package.
Requirements
- Experience providing full-scope midwifery care, including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic services
- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to patient-centered, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care
- Active Certified Nurse Midwife licensure in North Carolina
- Current AMCB certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience with telehealth platforms and digital clinical documentation
- Additional skills in early pregnancy loss management, perinatal mental health, or bedside ultrasound
